About him
A bit about me. Being creative is important to me, and writing is a passion (I teach business writing). For much of my life it seems my head has been in IT, but my heart is in the arts. Sometimes it seems my life revolves around another passion - playing music (mostly classical). This might sound a bit serious but I do have a sense of humour: think Green Wing to Harry and Paul by way of Eddie Izzard. In fact humour makes my life worth living: I have to nurture it to stay in tune with two wonderful daughters (in their 20s). Oh, and yes, I try to keep fit, live life to the full, and the 'glass', when I can find it, has invariably just been filled. Cheers! Being on the east coast I've recently returned to sailing and that keeps me supple (and perhaps subtle). I love exhibitions, museums, historical monuments (so I should as a history graduate), concerts, the opera - everything that's good for you. That goes for food too. So, a taste for the modern and adventurous. Life is very open at the moment - I do not have to work too much - so I could dedicate time to you, a really important thing for a good relationship. I only ask that you give as much as you take and enjoy doing it.

A bit about you. My ideal woman is nothing more than that - an ideal. What does the ideal relationship look like?' Would I recognise it if I saw it? So we develop our wish list. She is intelligent and is curious about life; she wants to understand why things are as they appear to be. Her passions might differ from mine, but all the better to explore them together. Perhaps my ideal is someone naturally attractive(in my eyes) so that I can keep reminding her how attractive I find her.
