About him
I trained at a young age to retrieve a brick from the bottom of a swimming pool, so if you have a pool with a brick in it that's bothering you, please get in touch. My crocodile wrestling days are over, so no crocs.
I try to keep fit, run, walk swim etc but always looking for some adventure with someone!
Recently taken up bridge and ukulele, (but not at the same time) and occasionally play with a large group which is great fun.
I adore live music, gigs, buildings, architecture, comedy nights, London, Marrakesh, food, cooking , eating, long walks etc etc.
I am a retired Quantity Surveyor (don't ask), living in the Cotswolds.
Theatre, cinema, walking, city breaks, hols etc. and maybe more. I currently keep busy seeing my two daughters, playing bridge, & playing ukulele (don't ask) (ok go on then). I used to sing in a choir, but gave that up earlier this year. For me, a day indoors is a day wasted. Even if its pouring with rain, I still go out for walk.
I really really really like live music, and try to get to small gigs as often as I can, I go into London for the bigger gigs. I'm currently exploring the more rewarding fields of modern jazz...
I like to cook, and eat together. For me the most social things couples can do with each other is cook and eat and talk together.
I love buildings, the history of some of them, modern buildings and often stand gawking at a building for some time, trying to work it out. I'm reasonably social, but don't generally do a lot of small talk.
I'm constantly in awe of human achievement, whether its in the arts, sports or other fields.
I always look forward to experiencing other peoples worlds.
