I'm a sociable, chatty and independent man who enjoys keeping busy and making the most of life.
I had a long and rewarding career as a chartered surveyor and protecting the environment. I've always enjoyed learning new things and keeping my mind active. These days you'll find me at French classes, enjoying ballroom dancing, keeping up with current affairs or creative writing for my local magazines.
I also enjoy growing my own flowers and vegetables - there's something very satisfying in these activities.
I'm independent, mobile and still enjoy getting out and about. Although I drive, I'm quite happy hopping on the bus and heading into town — there are usually interesting u3a lectures.
I'm fortunate to have a supportive family, but I'd really enjoy having someone special with whom to share my everyday life.
